No cash or bonus payments of any kind will be issued pursuant to this promotion. Waived Setup Fees
Waiver of standard setup fees applies only to standard setup provided with plan selected. If customer's cancels within 30 days following activation, customer will be charged the full retail setup fee for the account ordered.
